Machine Learning Developer/Engineer 

Job Responsibilities

• Understanding automotive business objectives, in general and Product Development, in particular, to develop ML models that help to business metrics
• Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that impact real-world performance
• Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning.  Developing training data sets
• Defining validation strategies and create utilities to prepare and normalize data
• Applying the ML techniques/algorithms to solve a given problem, by their success probability
• Prepare and maintain data used to create trained models, and the models themselves
• Validation of trained models
• Work with SMEs, IT and business leaders to align the models to business drivers and metrics
• Review the work with Experts and presentations to client management

Skills Required

• Computer Science or Engineering Degree
• Strong OOP coding skills in Python,  Java and analytics tools like Tableau, Qlikview,others
• Solid understanding of ML techniques/algorithms, such as neural networks, deep learning, etc.
• Experience with a machine learning platform such as: TensorFlow, Caffe, Keras, or others
• Onsite, full-time attendance.

Preferred

• Master’s degree or Higher
• Solid understanding statistics and exposure to the automotive domain
• Internship experience
